1)As you can see we are in the sewing department . Healong has 8 production lines about 200 sewing workers .The production capacity is 300,000 pieces per month .
2)Paper pattern is the first step of production .
We have 5 great experienced paper pattern makers and 6 sample workers The next step will be the sublimation design .
We have 26 designers . We always send the printing sample to our customers before apprpval of the bulk order .
These are all printing machines . We have 20 MUTOH printers imported from Japan , and 7 high-speed printers which is 2 times faster .And we use KIIAN ink from Italy to match the color of customer’s needs.
